PFSR: Fraener

Fraener, a storm dragon...or ex-dragon. Originally a greedy hoarder and roughly middle-aged, stuff happened (I'm thinking this part out lol) and he got magically locked in the shape of a little kid. He wouldn't have ever left his home and hoard before this, but he doesn't have a choice now and sets off at the beginning of the PFSR timeline to find a way to recover his original form.
Original powers were manipulating storms/rain/lightning in a pretty exaggerated sense. Mostly sealed off when he got nerfed - at the moment the best he can do is give out a charge about as powerful as a stun gun and/or create a small gale. Cannot fly.
Self-centred, greedy, and very independent. He'll probably need to rely on other people now, though...still groping in the dark for what he's really like, will settle on it soon.
Talks like an ossan, looks like a loli. Highly interested in anything that looks valuable...does carry a few valuables (a tiny portion of his hoard, which he had to abandon /cry) for trading off for money. Wears a skirt because he can't wear pants. Also skirts are convenient for various reasons, and looking like a girl is convenient for favours.

Update: Joined Mistoria. Come and play!
I'll probably upload some additional info in the near future, especially since I haven't elaborated on what happened to him...

I spent so long writing up the bio and then trying to make it fit in 1000 characters sob.

I'm scared of joining PF, honestly, though it's mixed with a kind of excitement as well. It could either be awesome, or fall flat. Or, you know, I could just sit on the sidelines and watch, and feel that sting of jealousy every time someone uploads something amazing...or jump into it and know the fear and frustration of not being that amazing, and come out a stronger artist for it.

...I think I'd rather go for the latter.
